PointsBet’s (PBH) wholly-owned subsidiary PointsBet USA, has entered a multi-year agreement with Pacers Sports & Entertainment.

This agreement will see the subsidiary become an Official Sports Gaming Partner of the Indiana Pacers, who are part of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

“This corporate partnership with PointsBet represents a real win for both companies,” Pacers Sports & Entertainment President and Chief Operating Officer, Rick Fuson said.

“We look forward to welcoming them in as a very visible brand at the Fieldhouse and through our various channels,” Rick said.

Additionally, PointsBet signs will be displayed throughout the Indiana Pacers’ home arena in Downtown Indianapolis.

The company will also offer Indiana Pacers fans unique promotions and have a substantial online presence.

Further, PointsBet branding will be displayed along the out-of-bounds areas between the baseline and team benches.

This is significant because it will be the first time a betting company is displayed in the area.

“Indiana represents a massive opportunity for PointsBet, and we will take a heavily localised approach to ensure we are delivering the best overall customer experience Indiana sports fans and bettors are seeking,” PointsBet USA, CEO Johnny Aitken, said.

“We are very excited to bolster our presence within the Hoosier State and surrounding areas, as well as to Indiana Pacers fans around the globe via this unique partnership,” Johnny said.

PointsBet is up a slight 2.17 per cent and shares are trading for $6.13 each at 1:53 pm AEST.
