Pursuit Minerals (PUR) is gearing up for more exploration at six highly prospective targets at its Warrior Project in Western Australia.

The explorer will undertake moving-loop ground electro-magnetic (MLEM) surveys to follow up the targets within the Calingiri East platinum group elements, nickel and copper project, which were identified from a recently completed airborne (EM) survey.

According to Pursuit, the EM conductors identified are associated with
aeromagnetic anomalies which are interpreted to constitute highly prospective targets. The six target zones cover a combined strike length of roughly 7000 metres.

The MLEM program was hoped to further refine the orientation and position of the six anomalies and provide targets for drill testing at the project after initial surveying.

Results from the testing provided Pursuit with enough confidence to commence surveys starting next week. The company will advise the market once surveying has been completed and drill targets have been identified.

Pursuit Managing Director Mark Freeman said he continues to be encouraged by the potential of Calingiri East.

“Extending the airborne EM survey has created a significant result at Calingiri East that we are able to immediately follow-up on with ground electromagnetic moving-loop surveys next week,” he commented.

“Pursuit continues to accelerate the exploration program on the Warrior Project and will continue to regularly inform the market as we progress the MLEM,” he concluded.

Pursuit closed the session up 5.77 per cent, trading at 5.5 cents each
