Adavale Resources finds positive gamma readings at Lake Surprise Uranium project.

The Lake Surprise Uranium project is located in South Australia.

The gamma readings are in the range of 390 to 3100 counts per second. Rock chip samples were taken from this area and are awaiting assays.

The gamma survey targeted the strongest known radioactive signatures at surface from historic regional data.

Adavale Resources used a continuous read gamma spectrometer to undertake the survey.

The spectrometer will better show the surface expression of the gamma anomaly seen in historical regional data.

The results of the survey show strong readings up to 10-times the background levels in the uranium channel on the survey spectrometer.

These assay results from the work program will influence Adavale Resources future work. The plans are to sample where uranium content is to be expected, continue the gamma survey, sample helium anomalies, and develop targeted drilling programs.

Adavale Resources is a nickel sulphide exploration company.

Adavale Resources (ADD) shares last traded at 4 cents on December 16.
