Advanced Human Imaging (AHI) has appointed Edward F. Greissing Jr. to board effective from November 30, 2021.

AHI is a digital health company which has developed a proprietary dimensioning technology that enables its users to check, track and assess their physical condition. The technology is compatible with smartphones.

Mr Greissing will reportedly chair the company’s nominating and corporate governance committee, as well as serving as an independent director on the audit and risk management committee and compensation committee.

Mr Greissing joined the industry in 1978 and is also now a Senior Fellow with the Milken Institute, and the CEO of Greissing Strategic Advisors.

AHI Chairman and CEO, Vlado Bosanac, says they are pleased to have Mr Greissing join the board.

“His knowledge across the healthcare industry will be invaluable to AHI moving forward, from a commercial and government legislative point of view’.

Mr Bosanac goes on to say Mr Greissing will provide ‘world class’ guidance.

“Ed is highly respected in the global business community and brings an endless amount of experience and knowledge across multiple facets of business, capital markets, health, government policy and the core needs of the AHI offering”.
