KGL Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The principal activity of the Company is the exploration and development of the Jervois Copper Project in the Northern Territory. The Jervois Project is located on four mineral licenses, including ML 30180, ML 30182, ML 30829 and ML 32277. The base metal mineralization at Jervois is hosted by a lower-to-middle amphibolite grade metasedimentary sequence from the Bonya Metamorphics. The base metal mineralization at Jervois is stratabound and contained within steeply dipping lenticular bodies of calc-silicate, garnet-chlorite-magnetite rock and garnet-magnetite quartzite, andalusite-cordierite schist and quartz-sericite-magnetite schist. The mineralized sequence has a strike length of approximately 12 kilometers and a stratigraphic thickness of over 600 meters. The Company’s prospects include the Unca Creek and Yambah.
