Beacon Minerals (BCN) has provided the market with its September production update for its Jaurdi Gold Project in Western Australia.
For the quarter, the project produced 7275 ounces of gold and recorded a record 166,211 dry tonnes milled. Mill recovery was at 85.2 per cent.
Gold sales were 5690 ounces at an average sale price of $2443 per ounce and reported a sales receipt of $13.90 million.
Record throughput was achieved for the September quarter, with the mill throuput 33 per cent above Beacon’s pre-feasibility study.
Full year guidance for the 2021/2022 remains at between 24,000 to 28,000 ounces.
At the end of the quarter, bullion on hand and gold in transit totalled 2373 ounces.
Earlier this month, Beacon announced a fully franked dividend of 0.125 cents per share, which will be paid to shareholders on Friday, October 29.
On the market this afternoon, Beacon was trading in the grey at 3.4 cents per share at 2:28 pm AEDT.
