  • Australian beer company Broo (BEE) has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Australian Liquor Marketers (ALM)
  • Under the agreement, ALM will distribute Broo premium lager beer products for the retails and on-premise markets throughout Australia
  • The agreement will commence on February 24 and will continue for an initial six months
  • However there is an option to extend the agreement for a further 12 months
  • On market close for the day, Broo is up 26.7 per cent and is trading at 1.9 cents per share

Broo (BEE) has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Australian Liquor Marketers (ALM).

Under the agreement, ALM will distribute Broo premium lager beer products for the retails and on-premise markets throughout Australia.

The Australian beer company has been working collaboratively with ALM since 2018 to accelerate the growth of its beer.

ALM is the largest supplier of liquor to independently owned liquor retailers in Australia and the largest broad range liquor wholesale in Australia.

The agreement will commence on February 24 and will continue for an initial six months with the option to extend the agreement for a further 12 months.

“We are delighted to join forces with ALM,” CEO Kent Grogan said.

“Together, we are well positioned to offer customers a point of difference with ALM’s exclusive-to-indies approach, along with our unapologetic packaging to drive further brand awareness and category growth,” he added.

On market close for the day, Broo is up 26.7 per cent and is trading at 1.9 cents per share.
