Creso Pharma (CPH) has signed a heads of agreement with leading pet care distributor Gotro Global to introduce its subsidiary Sierra Sage Herbs’ pet care products to Singapore.
Gotro is focused on bringing high-quality pet products and brands to the retail trade for pet owners in the Singapore market. It is a sister company for leading online pet store, Happy Town Pets, which focuses on healthy, eco-friendly pet treats and products.
Under the agreement, Gotro will market select products of Sierra’s range, which includes Animal First Aid, Animal Pain Relief, Animal Castile Wash and Bug Be Gone.
The two parties plan to enter a formal agreement before the end of August, unless the heads of agreement is extended.
“This collaboration has grown from a strong alignment on the view that consumers want high quality, healthy, eco-friendly pet care products,” Creso CEO and Managing Director William Lay.
“We’re delighted to have the opportunity to work with Gotro Global and we’re looking forward to building a great business together in Singapore.”
Sierra CEO and Co-Founder Jodi Scott says that the company knows from its success in the North American market that pet parents love its Green Goo products.
“And it’s because they’re all-natural, plant based and highly effective. We feel confident of a similarly enthusiastic response from pet owners in Singapore and we’re excited to work with the team at Gotro Global on their introduction,” she said.
On the market close, CPH shares were up 5.13 per cent to trade at 4.1 cents.
