Design Milk Co (DMC) has entered a trading halt ahead of an upcoming capital raise.

So far, there is no details about how much it is aiming to raise and where the funds will be spent.

Company shares will be paused until Christmas Eve or when more information on the raise is released to the market.

Design Milk recently changed its name from AHAlife Holdings and describes itself as a leader in modern design, digital media, eCommerce, interior and architectural trade and consumer industries.

The company has both an online magazine and eCommerce shop dedicated to modern design. Its portfolio includes Design Milk, Ahalife and Kaufmann Mercantile.

Design Milk last traded at 0.8 cents per share on December 21.
