Digital Wine Ventures (DW8) platform WINEDEPOT has set another record this month.

WINEDEPOT is a cloud-based technology platform that is an efficient way to buy and sell wine.

The company’s monthly orders were 3353, which is up 22 per cent on June’s previous record. The number of cases shipped was also up 9 per cent, recording 6612 for the month.

Digital Wine also announced that two of its WINEDEPOT foundation customers, Henschke and Brokenwood, took out two of the most wanted titles at the Halliday Wine Companion Awards.

Henschke won the 2021 Halliday Winery of the year, while Brokenwood won the 2021 Halliday Wine of the Year.

CEO, Dean Taylor says he is pleased Digital Wine Ventures is working with the wineries.

“We are extremely proud to work with these two iconic wineries, who year after year continue to produce such extraordinary wines,” Dean said.

“Having them as foundation customers is an honour and privilege and we look forward to continuing to delivering many more of their award-winning wines to their customers,” he said.

Last week, the company announced a $6.15 million capital raise to fund the expansion of the WINEDEPOT platform.

Digital Wine is in the grey on the market today and is trading for 3.1 cents per share at 12:55 pm AEST.
