- Ms Fullerton will begin in her new role from June 12, 2023

Dreadnought Resources (DRE) has appointed Debbie Fullarton as its Chief Financial Officer.
Ms Fullarton has more than 30 years of experience in the resources industry, ranging from junior explorers to global majors.
“Dreadnought is building a capable, balanced team as part of our growth and strategic plans,” DRE Managing Director Dean Tuck said.
“Debbie is a significant step forward in this process and we are delighted that Debbie is joining our team.”
Mr Tuck added that her responsibilities would cover the company’s financial, commercial, planning and development functions.
In the past, Ms Fullarton’s roles have included CEO and Chief Financial Officer of Westgold Resources (WGX), De Beers Australia Exploration Director, and Gateway Mining (GML) Non-Executive Chair.
The company announced she would begin in her new role on June 12 2023.
Shares in DRE were up 3.92 per cent, trading at 5.3 cents at 10:50 am AEST.
