“MTN has brought the first mobile eSports tournament platform to South Africa,” MTN South Africa General Manager Jason Probert said.

To optimise engagement, the “Popular Host” feature was showcased live which sees TV hosts and influencers participate to promote subscription to the MTN Arena platform.

The influencers have a reach of followers across their social media platforms. The campaign plans are expected to target more than 10 million impressions.
