- Envirosuite (EVS) has announced a number of changes to its leadership team, including the decision to appoint a Managing Director
- Current CEO and Director Peter White will take on the role, making him the only Executive Director of the company
- In addition to the Managing Director appointment, Envirosite announced Zhigang Zhang will step down as Non-Executive Director

- Shares in EVS are up 8.11 per cent and are currently trading for 20 cents each.
Environmental technology company Envirosuite (EVS) has announced a number of changes to its leadership team and board.
The company announced today that it had decided to appoint current CEO and Director, Peter White, as Managing Director of EVS
Envirosuite said the change will reflect Peter’s seniority as he will be the only Executive Director of the company.
In addition to the Managing Director appointment, Envirosuite also announced Zhigang Zhang will step down as a Non-Executive Director.
Zhang announced he intends to retire before the upcoming annual general meeting, due to an external conflict of interest.
Specifically, shareholders of the company he manages, Beijing BHZQ Environmental Engineering Technology, have decided senior executives can’t serve as directors for other third-party companies.
The board of Envirosuite has thanked Zhang for his time with EVS and for his work establishing the company in China.
Envirosuite has already begun looking for another Non-Executive Director and advised it expects a final decision to be made in the coming weeks.
Shares in EVS are up 8.11 per cent and are currently trading for 20 cents each.
