A Chic Co-Working Space Launches in Perth

This new stylish co-working space in West Leederville is enough to get you excited about going in to work.

Vitality House was co-founded by Amy Coleman and Remmy Roberts after they experienced the lack of motivation and connection that came from freelancing and starting a business at home.

The nature of work has changed over the last couple of years, people have been working from home more and in the office less, with many employers now offering more flexible work arrangements going forward.

Time spent working from home has left people in need of a creative space to connect and collaborate.

Unlike other co-working spaces, Vitality House seeks to become a second home to its members, by redefining what work/life balance can look like.

By housing work and wellness needs under the same roof and all-inclusive membership, we are making it easier for our members to be the best version of themselves.

On any given day there is an opportunity for members to tune into what they need – whether it’s a yoga class, an infrared sauna, or catchup in the co-working lounge.

The open co-working lounge houses meeting rooms, a podcast studio and a healthy cafe with in-house juices, smoothies and elixirs, as well as a chef-prepared all-day menu. Members also have unlimited access to yoga, meditation and breath-work classes, use of the movement and cardio fitness studios, ice baths, infrared saunas, steam shower and walk-in herbal medicine within the apothecary and spa, Blue Rosa.

Coleman and Roberts enlisted the help of the acclaimed local architecture firm Iredale Pedersen Hook, who instantly understood the creator’s visions.

Adrian Iredale is not only passionate about his own business but fits the values of Vitality House and lives it in terms of how he thinks about his work and wellness.

Local interior design studio, State 28, was responsible for creating the stylish interior spaces at Vitality House.

State 28 understood the brief and the contrast in design requirements for the co-work and wellness areas at the House. They were able to work with us to select the finishes and interiors that created an eclectic, creative and inspiring vibe for the co-work; and a moody, private and hotel-like luxury experience within the Wellness.
