Bellevue Hill Continues Its Hot Streak With Another Home Selling for Around $25M

One of New South Wales most prestigious suburbs, Bellevue Hill, continues to clock up eye-watering sums as another property sells for around $25 million.

In early May, the suburb witnessed its highest sale to date for the year, a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion which exchanged hands for around $26 million.

Now another mansion, with its own mini-golf set up, sold for around $25 million, in what is proving to be an astounding month for the local market.

The area is well known for its luxury abodes, boasting a $6.4 million median hose price and a $1.3 million median for units.

Here are the two respective properties.

Over the weekend, this awe-inspiring, eight-bedroom nine-bathroom abode sold well above its price guide, going for nearly $25 million.

The home, sold by D’Leanne Lewis from Laing and Simmons Double Bay, included approximately 1000 sqm of living space with amazing outdoor facilities to match.

To create an architectural marvel of rare size and pedigree, no cost was spared. This newly constructed home, with voluminous free-flowing interiors cascading effortlessly into resort-style alfresco spaces and lush botanical surroundings, creates an overwhelming sense of luxury.

The outcome for the home on the 975 sqm block was a record price for Bellevue Hill in terms of the rate per square metre.

Earlier in the month, another home of immense grandeur sold in the area for around $26 million, listed by Christie’s International Real Estate’s Darren Curtis and Ken Jacobs, enjoying the highest price paid for a property in the suburb this year.

The property is gated and spans two titles, totalling 1798 square metres of resort-style living. With a tiled pool, full-size tennis court, and 16-car driveway, every square foot has been maximised for optimal opulence.

The excellent views are framed by high ceilings and walls of glass, while the banquet-sized formal dining, big living room, ambient fireplaces, and centrally located music room/office offer up plenty of spaces to enjoy.
