Glimpse Inside Luxurious One Sydney Harbour Second Tower Apartments

The second residential tower at Barangaroo’s $4 billion One Sydney Harbour has been launched by Lendlease as it goes to the public for the first time.

The second tower, which was previously only available to a small group of buyers through an off-market promotional campaign, aims to capitalise on the popularity of Residences One.

The first tower’s penthouse sold for a record-breaking $140 million and 85 per cent of the tower, worth more than $2 billion, has been sold off the plan.

The 235-meter-tall Residences Two tower will house 322 homes on 68 floors, all designed by Renzo Piano, the Pritzker Prize-winning architect, and leading interior designers Daniel Goldberg of State of Craft and Chris Darling of Darling & Associates.

The second tower has available residences in different price ranges, with one-bedroom units beginning at more than $2 million, two-bedroom units at more than $3.5 million, and three-bedroom units at more than $5 million. The price of a luxury apartment with unobstructed north-facing views of the landmark Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House starts at more than $12 million.

“One Sydney Harbour continues to set benchmark after benchmark as Australia’s most exclusive residential address,” Lendlease head of residential Ben Christie said.

“We have accelerated the on-market launch of Residences Two and sales to date are going very well, owing to high levels of demand from locally based owner occupiers who recognise the uniqueness of this offering as a once in a generation opportunity.

“Pleasingly, we are also seeing high levels of interest from both customer referrals and repeat purchasers who know Lendlease will deliver an exceptional product and a customer-centric experience at One Sydney Harbour.  Sales to date include several large apartment purchases, with some customers seeking to amalgamate these into substantial homes,” he concluded.

More than 1,400 workers are employed on the project, with Residences Two set for completion in early 2024, only shortly ahead of the completion of Sydney Metro and its dedicated station at Barangaroo.

About 20 per cent of demand comes from former Lendlease clients, as well as client referrals, such as friends and family of Residences One buyers, and others who lost out on their prefered first option of Residences One, according to Lendlease.

“Located in Barangaroo South – Australia’s first carbon neutral precinct – One Sydney Harbour Residences One has just achieved a 6 Star Green Star design review rating by The Green Building Council of Australia, representing world leadership in environmentally sustainable building practices,” Lendlease executive development director Leanne Boyle.
