Perth Chinese New Year Fair

The Perth Chinese New Year Fair is set to be one of the biggest Chinese New Year events in the state. Hosted by The Chung Wah Association, the fair will be held between the Perth Cultural Centre and the WA Museum Boola Bardip. With a colourful schedule of lion and dragon dances, performances, arts and craft workshops, stalls and a zodiac lantern display, the annual street carnival is not to be missed.

Lunar New Year at Crown

Bring in the Chinese New Year at one of Crown’s most sophisticated dining venues. Whether you head to book a seat at Silk’s decadent Lunar New Year Banquet, Epicurean’s open-kitchen feast, or the Atrium’s family-friendly buffet, the Year of the Tiger will be off to a good start. Before your dinner, make sure that you stop by the Crown Metropol Lobby to enjoy the festive decor, roving Lion Dances, and exciting drumming performances.

DoubleTree by Hilton Chinese New Year Buffet Lunch

Food is an incredibly important part of the Chinese New Year tradition and DoubleTree by Hilton has got your New Years’ feast covered. The hotel’s James St Bar and Kitchen are going to be hosting traditional buffet lunch to welcome in the Year of the Tiger complete with red lantern decor, Lion Dance performances and a red packet lucky draw. Indulge in an individually served Lo Hei prosperity salad before digging into a decadent buffet meal.

Chinese New Year Banquet Dinner

Head into the centre of Northbridge for a delicious banquet dinner at one of Perth’s best Chinese restaurant. The event will include a fun Lion Dance performance and a bonus casual networking session at the end of the evening.

Chung Wah Chinese New Year Ball 2022

If you’re looking for an event to get dressed up for then the 2022 Chung Wah Chinese New Year Ball might be the event for you. Hosted by the Chung Wah Chinese association, the black-tie event is going to involve everything from Lion Dance performances, live bands and a decadent Chinese banquet. Taking place inside the Pan Pacific Hotel’s Golden Ballroom, you’re going to want to pick up a new outfit for this spectacular Chinese New Years’ event.
