Take a Look at Melbourne’s Last ‘Super Tower’ Penthouses at Aspire Melbourne

Getting in just before new height restrictions, Aspire Melbourne is the last of the so-called ‘super towers’ and it promises to bring a new level of luxury to apartment living in Melbourne.

ICD Property and MaxCap Group, joint venture owners of Aspire Melbourne, have brought to market the ‘Aspire Residences,’ a series of exclusive penthouse, sub-penthouse, full floor, half floor, and quarter floor residences occupying the uppermost floors of the glamorous 64-story tower, Aspire Melbourne.

The Aspire Residences, curated by Australian interior designer David Hicks – whose worldwide practise has become associated with luxurious living, opulence, and grandeur – reflects a new level of aspirational living being available in Melbourne.

“There has been no project launches in Melbourne CBD since we launched Aspire in 2019, nor are there any other projects currently in the immediate future offering this level of finish and calibre,” according to Colliers International marketing agent Mr Storey.

“The continuation of high occupier demand recently driven by record low interest rates, improving economic conditions, government incentives and low supply levels will see the Aspire Residences as one of the only premium Penthouse collections in Melbourne CBD,” he said.

On the 64th floor, the Aspire Residences’ crown jewel penthouse soars way above the rest of the complex. The penthouse is priced at $12,800,000 and spans an expansive 639 sqm. It has five generously spacious suites, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms.

Full-floor residences emulating the single top-floor penthouse start at $9,983,000 for five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms across 639 sqm, while half-floor and quarter-floor residences start at $4,674,000 for three bedrooms, three bathrooms, one powder room across 291 sqm, and $2,150,000 for three bedrooms and three bathrooms across 141sqm, respectively.

A bespoke one-on-one design experience with David Hicks is available upon request to personally customise the entire home to the owner’s unique preferences for the lucky few who find themselves buying the Aspire Residences’ penthouse and sub-penthouse.

“We want Aspire to be a celebration of the architecture form and the views, whilst providing a subtle yet glamorous interior palette that could adapt to any further decorative addition”, David Hicks said on his choice of colour and materials within the Aspire Residences.

Aspire Melbourne, located on the north-eastern outskirts of Melbourne’s CBD, is expected to stand proud at 211 metres tall and will feature an impressive sculptural façade designed by award-winning architects Elenberg Fraser.

“When we first began designing the penthouse floors of Aspire Melbourne, we knew we wanted to deliver something exceptional. Something worthy of the 360-degree views from the top floors of our elegant 64-storey tower. The decision to collaborate with David was an easy one. He has produced the finest collection of residences for Aspire that speak to the aspirational lifestyle our tower can offer and I couldn’t be prouder of the outcome we’ve achieved,” ICD Property managing director Matt Khoo said.

Construction began in May 2020, with builders Hickory and project managers Sinclair Brook. The building crane is currently on-site, and the tower is expected to gradually take shape amid Melbourne’s skyline over the year.

The first phase of staged settlements (including all 96 apartments on levels one through eight) is due to begin within the next 12 months.
