Lamont’s Bishops House

Executive Chef Nathan Le has been managing Lamont’s Bishop House kitchen for over a decade, incorporating world flavours and local ingredients. Opened by Daniel Goodsell and Nic Trimboli in the late 1990s, Balthazar has been a Perth favourite ever since. Situated at the base of an art deco apartment block, the restaurant is now run by partners Daniel Morris and Emma Ferguson, with head chef Luke Wakefield in the kitchens. The dimly lit restaurant offers a mouthwatering menu featuring beef tartare, seafood spaghettini, pork belly and a selection of wines.
