Close to an alien design, the one-seat Lamborghini V12 Vision Gran Turismo was announced in Monte Carle right after the finals of the Gran Turismo Championships, e-sports competition.
If you’ve always wondered what the new generation cars would look like, the opportunity to take a look at it knocks on your door with the unveiling of the Lamborghini V12 Vision Gran Turismo.
The single-seater concept came to the white world since a single driver is all that’s required to take part in a competition, says Lamborghini.
The uniqueness of the Lambo V12 Vision stems from its front-based entrance. It’s similar to a jet-pilot boarding his plain.
Once the driver finds himself inside the “alien” car, he’ll be able to notice an attractive open-top racing steering wheel. And all other features are displayed onto the windscreen, making navigation throughout the menu an effortless task.
What’s more, is that Lambo V12 Vision is designed with hexagonal-themed windows. Lamborghini says that the idea was inspired by the 1968 Marzal, whereas the main body is visually disconnected from its wheel arches.
“It is an opportunity for the design talent within Lamborghini to stretch its wings and visualize a car that … mirrors Lamborghini’s push on future technologies, particularly in the arena of lightweight materials and hybridization.c” is what Mitja Borkert said at the concept’s launch, head of Lamborghini Centro Stile.
The virtual car will use a 12-cylinder engine, paired with a 25kW electric motor, which is located in the transmission.
This outstanding car will be available for players to drive it in Gran Turismo Sports on PlayStation 4 during the second quarter of 2020.
