Growthpoint Properties (GOZ) has appointed Deborah Page as independent Non-Executive Director, effective March 1.

Additionally, she will become Chair of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.

“I am honoured to have been asked to join Growthpoint’s Board. The group has grown substantially over the past 11 years and I look forward to working with the Board to assess future opportunities to build on its impressive track record,” Deborah said.

Deborah has extensive experience having held financial and operational roles at a number of companies across the property, legal and banking sectors.

Currently, she is Non-Executive Director of Pendal Group, Service Stream, and Brickworks.

She has been a former Chair of Investa Office Fund and Non-Executive Director of Investa Property Group, Australian Renewable Fuels, and GBST Holdings.

Growthpoint is up a slight 1.63 per cent on the market with shares trading at $3.75 at 12:11 pm AEDT.
