intelliHR has signed a revenue sharing agreement with GO1, the world’s largest professional development and training platform.

intelliHR is an Australian HR technology company developing a next-generation cloud-based people management and data analytics platform.

The company has been going after partnerships domestically and globally for opportunities to accelerate it as the essential core people management platform for business.

The partnership will give intelliHR’s customers access to GO1’s extensive range of online courses to create an exciting performance and training eco-system, adding value to both companies’ clients.

intelliHR’s people management tools help customers identify skills they can improve, and having access to GO1’s courses allows them to do exactly that. The integration will let intelliHR capture the details of the completed GO1 training, allowing it to provide a ‘single point of truth’ for all HR records for customers.

GO1 is considered a smart and suitable technology partner for intelliHR’s growing ecosystem. GO1 makes it easy for businesses to train their staff with over 50,000 courses available.

GO1 launched in 2015 and has grown to be a world leader in online learning. It has committed local and overseas investors including Seek, Y Combinator, Black Sheep Capital, Hasbro, Oxford University and M12.

GO1 has also caught the attention of software developer, LiveTiles. Earlier today LiveTiles announced a strategic partnership with GO1. The deal will see LiveTiles launching its own learning product based on employee profiles.

Importantly, the GO1 partnership is expected to deliver a capability that streamlines employee on-boarding, tracking and ensuring compliance with regulatory training requirements.

GO1 has already helped with workplace training to over one million people globally while intelliHR is helping transform workplaces with its core people management platform across 10 countries.

Under the partnership, intelliHR will be promoted as a member of GO1’s Partner Community which increases its third party lead generation capabilities and footprint.

The agreement provides a referral fee to intelliHR capped at 15 per cent of gross revenue for a referral that contracts as a GO1 customer.
