intelliHR is demonstrating accelerated growth of contracted customers and revenue received with the growth of the sales pipeline and optimisation of sales processes to win new businesses.

intelliHR is a HR software solution which automates a wide range of manual and paper based PR tasks, eliminating low value tasks and administration time for HR teams, leaders and staff. It also provides essential compliance functionality as well as practice tools in performance management.

Multiple applications have been replaced with its all in one solution which includes replacement of local and global competitor products.

Subscriptions are $15 per month with this sector successfully growing by 53 per cent in H1 2019 and has already grown a further 79 per cent.

On May 3 2019 intelliHR had 8,114 subscribing users with 55 customers but over the past 18 months customer velocity quadrupled from 0.7 wins per month to 2.74 wins per month. The efficient sales performance is now also returning $7 for every $1 invested.

The company has also optimised to market directly which has resulted in larger customer wins and improving the average customer size from 91 subscribers per customer in 2017 to an average of 170 subscribers to per customer.

Current total sales sit at 248 active customer sales opportunities with potential to be in the excess of $21 million, this will provide intelliHR with the confidence that they have a strong base to continues its accelerated sales growth in the future.

Most of the income comes from ongoing subscription fees, almost $500,000 and a further $92,000 in professional services fees. These fees were introduced four months ago and demonstrate a strong future revenue growth potential of the business.
