  • King River Resources (KRR) has intersected up to 14.8g/t gold on the Jeniffer Vein at the Mount Remarkable Project in WA
  • This result is highly encouraging as it is the first result over 10g/t gold which didn’t come from the Trudi Vein
  • Mineralisation remains open to the east and west and exploration drilling will be undertaken to follow-up on the results and test extensions to the vein
  • King River has also received results from the Trudi Offset and Trudi East targets where up to 0.67g/t gold and 0.25g/t gold was intersected, respectively
  • The company will undertake further drilling in the dry season to follow-up on these results
  • King River is up 7.69 per cent and shares are trading at 2.8 cents

King River Resources (KRR) has intersected up to 14.8g/t gold on the Jeniffer Vein at the Mount Remarkable Project in WA.

Eight reverse circulation holes were drilled at Jeniffer in 2020 and the company has now received all results.

A best new result of two metres at 8.44g/t gold including one metre at 14.8g/t gold was intersected and this is the first result over 10g/t gold result not from the Trudi Vein.

This provides very encouraging areas for exploration of other veins at the project.

Mineralisation remains open to the east and west and exploration drilling will be undertaken to follow up on these results and test extensions to the vein.

King River has also received results from the Trudi Offset, Trudi East and other exploration targets.

Drilling was undertaken at Trudi Offset to test the mineralised zone discovered in 2019.

New results include four metres at 0.33g/t gold including one metre at 0.67g/t gold and mineralisation is associated with quartz veining.

Previous results peaked at 4.34g/t gold and the results justify further exploration drilling above and below these intersections.

King River has received results for the remaining three holes drilled at Trudi East with best results of four metres at 0.25g/t gold from eight metres, one metre at 0.15g/t gold from 30 metres, and one metre at 0.1g/t gold from 16 metres.

Mineralisation remains open to the east, west and at depth and further drilling has been planned to explore for high-grade gold zones.

Results have also been received for the Trudi West and Gemma Offset veins with up to 0.25g/t gold and 0.72g/t gold has been intersected, respectively.

King River will now undertake further drilling to test the strike extent of the Trudi Vein and follow up the Jeniffer Vein.

Work is set to begin as early as possible in the dry season, which starts in May.

King River is up 7.69 per cent and shares are trading at 2.8 cents at 12:18 pm AEDT.
