Mobecom (MBM) has appointed Bryan Zekulich and Mike Hill as directors of the company.

Bryan has significant experience in the Australian market in the mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and divestments sectors.

For the past 15 years, he has been the Managing Partner of Ernst & Young’s Private Equity Sector as well as the Treasurer, Company Secretary, and a board member of the Australian Investment Council.

Currently, Bryan is the portfolio manager and a partner of Bombora Investment Management.

Mike has also been involved in Ernst & Young, having been a former partner of the professional services network company.

For more than 20 years he has been involved with management teams across a number of companies.

Mike is currently the Managing Director, Founder, and Co-Chief Information Officer of Bombora Special Investments Fund.

Prior to this he was an Investment Partner with investment fund, Ironbridge.

“We welcome Bryan and Mike to the board, and we are excited to have people of the calibre of Bryan and Mike join us to help drive the company forward, ahead of what shapes as an exciting 2021 for Mobecom,” Executive Chairman Iain Dunstan commented.

Coinciding with these appointments is the resignation of Jarrod White as Company Secretary and the replacement by David Hwang.

Jarrod has been company secretary for the past year and will continue to assist Mobecom’s external financial accounting.

Shares in Mobecom have been trading at 4.2 cents since July 2019.
