Mobilicom (MOB) has completed its third delivery for an existing $2.3 million contract.

MOB is a cybersecurity and smart solution provider for drones, robotics and autonomous platforms for robots and global drone manufacturers.

Mobilicom’s latest delivery of products, valued at $470,000, is the third instalment under its existing contract with a leading drone supplier, which first began in 2018. This has grown from around $2 million to more than $2.3 million.

More than $1.8 million worth of products has now been delivered to the supplier, following the shipment of over 200 additional units of its ground controller system (GCS). Mobilicom’s systems will be integrated into the customer’s drones and small unmanned air vehicle platforms worldwide.

MOB says the customer has revenues of more than $3.6 billion and is an international high technology company engaged in a range of defence, homeland security and commercial programs throughout the world.

“Mobilicom has proven it is able to scale production and execute fulfillment on this large contract despite the impacts of COVID-19 and supply chain issues worldwide, while maintaining gross margin targets,” said Mobilicom CEO Oren Elkayam.

“The successful execution and delivery will contribute to Mobilicom’s significant revenue growth planned for 2021.”

Mobilicom says it expects to deliver further GCS units under the existing contract during 2021, with further orders from the customer anticipated in due course.

MOB is in the grey, last trading at 6.5 cents at 3:45 pm AEST.
