Moho Resources (MOH) has intersected up to 43.5g/t gold from the East Sampson Dam prospect in Western Australia.

East Sampson Dam is part of the Silver Swan North Project which lies roughly 50 kilometres northeast of Kalgoorlie.

Moho has received results from the final 20 holes that were drilled as part of the phase two reverse circulation (RC) drilling program.

The aim of this drilling program was to define and infill the current resource as well as test for extensions to the north and south.

Best results include six metres at 11.03g/t gold from 62 metres, including one metre at 43.5g/t gold from 64 metres and one metre at 10.7g/t gold from 63 metres.

Mineralisation remains open to the north and south and the results have extended the mineralisation a further 40 metres along strike.

“Moho’s exploration team continues to make excellent progress at East Sampson Dam,” Managing Director Shane Sadleir said.

“The latest RC drill results extend gold mineralisation down plunge at the southern end of the prospect and highlight the potential to discover additional gold mineralisation at the northern end of the prospect,” he added.

Moho will now complete metallurgical testwork, begin a scoping study and undertake resource modelling and a JORC 2012 mineral resource estimate.

The company will also carry out aircore drilling along historical gold anomalies and geophysical targets.

Moho is down 5.62 per cent on the market and shares are trading at 8.4 cents at 1:38 pm AEDT.
