MSM Corporation’s (MSM) strategic partner Riva Technology and Entertainment has signed brand licensing deals with global toy giant MGA Entertainment.

The deals are to develop and publish mobile games based on MGA’s award-winning brand, L.O.L. Surprise and Rainbow High.

MGA is a manufacture of children’s toys and entertainment products. Its products include world favourites such as the Bratz fashion doll lines and Baby Born.

However, in more recent days, its L.O.L surprise is a global phenomenon, winning The Toy Associations’ prestigious “Toy of the Year” Award for three years.

Notably, its recently launched Rainbow High, debuted in 2020, has already become quite popular with a presence across product, content and integrated digital media.

The licensing deals add to Riva’s existing eSports and gaming business interests with Firefly Games, Galaxy Racer, OkLetsPlay.

MSM Chairman Antonie Massad is pleased with the new contracts.

“RTE’s brand licencing deals with one of the world’s largest private toy companies is a significant milestone for the company at a time when the global gaming market continues to grow with mobile gaming generating significant revenue and returns,” he added.

On the market, MSM shares are suspended and last traded at 5.9 cents per share.
