MyFiziq (MYQ) has signed definitive agreements with Bearn in North America to further the company’s Bearn fitness app.

In mid-January, MyFiziq and Bearn signed a binding term sheet which saw Bearn use MyFiziq’s body tracking technology in its mobile app.

Bearn’s users will have the ability to ‘earn while they Bearn’ and earn actual cash by improving their health, fitness and wellness.

MyFiziq will now be playing an important role in this partnership as Bearn users will be able to see their body changes through MyFiziq’s tech.

Bearn users will also receive access to MyFiziq’s tracking technology under Bearn’s reward program where they will be able to check their changes and track their goals using the dollars they have earned.

For every scan that is completed, MyFiziq will receive US$2 from Bearn.

This app is expected to be fully launched by the end of the month.

“The combined application with Bearn is nearing completion with the MyFiziq development team and the Bearn development team having spent the last eight weeks working together completing full integration,” CEO and Executive Director Vlado Bosanac commented.

“In addition, Bearn has made the application available in its beta download for testing. The feedback has been great, and we made a number of user experience changes based on this feedback information on the beta version of the app,” he added.

MyFiziq is a revolutionary technology that is embedded into an app which uses pictures on the user’s smartphone to create a 3D avatar with accurate body measurements.

It uses a combination of computer vision, patented algorithms, and machine learning to process the image and create the avatar.

MyFiziq has ended the day 2.86 per cent in the green with shares trading for 18 cents each in a $19.23 million market cap.
