Nexus Minerals (NXM) has found further high-grade results from its recent drilling at the Crusader-Templar prospect, located within the Wallbrook gold project in WA.

The company has received assays from 43 reverse circulation drill holes for 10,003 metres.

The company said these drilling results from the first program of drill holes into the link zone are “very encouraging” after intersecting broad and consistent mineralisation.

The link zone results connect Crusader with Templar, forming a continuous 1.6 kilometre mineralised corridor.

Results include five metres at 4.09g/t gold within 43 metres at 1.20g/t gold from 20 metres and three metres at 10.53g/t gold within 15 metres at 2.28g/t gold from 43 metres.

“The drill results continue to impress, with broad high-grade zones of mineralisation being returned. The positive link zone drill results allow us to confidently confirm the
joining of the Crusader and Templar prospects into a single 1.6 kilometre mineralised corridor,” Managing Director Andy Tudor said.

Mr Tudor said that there are currently five drill rigs continuing to operate on-site and the company is well into the 6000-metre diamond drilling program and the follow-up 40,000-metre reverse circulation program at Crusader-Templar.

“The strength of these results continues to build our confidence in the potential for the Crusader-Templar Prospect to evolve into a very large mineralised system,” he added.

On the market this morning, Nexus Minerals was up 4.41 per cent and trading at 35.5 cents per share at 11:36 am AEST.
