Nutritional Growth Solutions (NGS) has secured the right to The Healthy Daily Height trademark in China.
Nutritional Growth Solutions is a nutritional health company developing nutritional supplement formulae for children under three years of age.
The Healthy Daily Height trademark allows NGS to register its brand in China under a class five trademark, which includes pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements and food for babies.
This will enable the company to better protect and enforce its intellectual property rights against imitation products, while developing relationships with reputable distributors and stockists.
The company says the trademark will also enable customers to shop confidently for the company’s patented range of nutritious shakes.
“Our patented shakes were scientifically formulated by pediatric doctors after 20 years of research into the link between nutrition and child growth development,” said Liron Fendell, CEO and Managing Director of NGS.
“Ensuring the Healthy Height brand is protected to the same high standard as our formula is of the upmost importance. We want customers to feel confident when shopping for Healthy Height that they are receiving a genuine product that’s filled with nutrients, backed by science and clinically proven to improve height in children – allowing them to grow into the person they are meant to be.”
Nutritional Growth Solutions is in the grey, last trading at 24.5 cents at 10:20 am AEST.
