- Meanwhile, Dr Frazer Tabeart moves from Managing Director to a Non-Executive Director role but will continue to provide technical input when needed
- Additionally, Executive Chairman Mark Bojanjac will manage PXX’s global marketing and capital raising activities

PolarX (PXX) has reshuffled its senior management team, with changes to its Managing Director, Executive Chairman, and Non-Executive Director roles.
Dr Jason Berton has been appointed as Managing Director and will oversee the advancement of the company’s Nevada and Alaskan assets.
He has been involved with the company since 2017 and will be paid $300,000, including superannuation.
Dr Frazer Tabeart has in turn moved from the Managing Director role to a Non-Executive Director role but will continue to provide technical input when needed.
Meanwhile, Executive Chairman Mark Bojanjac will now also manage PXX’s global marketing and capital raising activities.
He will be paid $331,500, including superannuation.
Shares in PolarX were trading flat today at 1.5 cents each at 3:40 pm AEST.
