Raiden Resources (RDN) has begun an airborne magnetic survey at its Arrow tenement which is located in the Pilbara region of WA.

The ASX-lister contracted MAGSPEC Airborne Surveys to fly a detailed survey across key areas within the tenement where previous soil sampling and mapping have identified anomalies.

The survey is designed to improve Raiden’s understanding of the Arrow property after only fully acquiring the asset in February this year.

Survey data is expected to be received within a week and will be used to define drilling targets. Additionally, it will help to identify the structures believed to be associated with the geochemical trends defined in the last soil sampling program.

“Over the last quarter, management has diligently advanced and negotiated access agreements with various stakeholders on the Arrow project and across the Pilbara portfolio. We are now in a position to execute on our planned aggressive exploration strategy on the Arrow project,” Managing Director Dusko Ljubojevic said.

Raiden is also planning a field mapping and rock sampling program over existing geochemical anomalies at Arrow to uncover future drill targets.

Company shares are up 4.35 per cent and are trading at 2.4 cents at 1:34 pm AEST.
