  • e-commerce and digital marketing company RooLife Group (RLG) has been appointed by Total Beauty Network to sell its INIKA Organic range in China
  • Based on target sales being met, the three year contract is expected to deliver $2.5 million to RooLife
  • This partnership will see RooLife manage the INIKA brand in China and deliver brand management, marketing and online sales
  • Further, the company will launch and operate an Alibaba Tmall store on behalf of TBN, making this the fifth store in the last six months

RooLife Group (RLG) has been appointed by Total Beauty Network to sell its INIKA Organic range in China.

Based on services fees and target sales being met, the three year contract is expected to deliver $2.5 million to RooLife.

This partnership will see RooLife manage the INIKA brand in China and deliver brand management, marketing and online sales.

Total Beauty Network (TBN) produces and markets beauty brands with a focus on healthy cosmetics using the highest quality ingredients.

INIKA is one of TBN’s multiple cosmetic brands and sits alongside Designer Brands, Colour by TBN, and Raww Cosmetics.

Further, RooLife will launch and operate an Alibaba Tmall store on behalf of TBN, making this the fifth store in the last six months.

During the first year, RooLife will focus on brand building and awareness, while years two and three will focus on product sales.

TBN has built out a strong and highly-regarded brand, focussed on healthy and ethical beauty using the highest quality ingredients – which positions the brand well for success in China,” Managing Director Bryan Carr said.

“We are delighted to be partnering with such a successful Australian company as Total Beauty Network and look forward to growing the INIKA brand footprint and sales in Chine where we expect the brand to be well received,” he added.

RooLife is steady on the market and shares are trading for 3.1 cents at 1:58 pm AEST.
