Rumble Resources (RTR) has begun reverse circulation (RC) drilling at the Earaheedy Project in Western Australia.
The Earaheedy Project lies roughly 110 kilometres north of Wiluna and is held in joint venture with Zenith Minerals (ZNC) who owns 25 per cent.
Rumble will undertake 2500 metres of RC drilling with focus on the Chinook and Magazine prospects.
Chinook
Drilling at Chinook will test the strike potential with focus on targeting the inferred high-grade zinc-lead sandstone channel.
Previous work has discovered significant shallow zinc-lead mineralisation over a 200-metre-width and 12 metres in thickness.
Interpretation of previous work has identified a strong association with higher-grade zinc-lead mineralisation and an extensive low-high interface.
Magazine
Previous work at the Magazine Prospect has identified flat lying high-grade zinc-lead mineralisation, highlighting the potential for significant sandstone channels.
This upcoming RC drilling has been designed to define a drill section, test the strike potential and target the previously identified mineralisation.
Drilling is expected to take three weeks to complete with assays expected shortly after.
Rumble has ended the day in the grey with shares trading at 10.5 cents in a $55.88 million market cap.
