Todd River Resources (TRT) has begun reverse circulation (RC) at its Nerramyne project in Western Australia.

The 2000-metre drilling program will test multiple areas where prospective mafic-ultramafic intrusions and geophysical and geochemical anomalies are present.

Drilling will focus on previously unexplored mafic and ultramafic intrusions in the south and north of the project area.

This program is partly funded by the Western Australian Government’s Exploration Incentive Scheme.

Additionally, Todd River recently restarted work at its Mt Hardy base metal project in the Northern Territory with broad surface sampling underway.

The company is set to begin a fixed loop transient electromagnetic survey in mid-August to establish the depth and orientation of five SkyTEM conductors.

“We’re excited to be drilling some compelling targets in what is the first drilling program to be undertaken at Nerramyne,” Managing Director Will Dix said.

“We expect the drilling to be completed in late July with further work planned in August before a second round of drilling early in Q4 and we look forward to sharing the outcomes of this work with our shareholders.”

TRT has ended the day eight per cent in the green with shares trading at 2.7 cents.
