Additionally, the WA-based miner has recently completed the first phase of its exploration program over the Mount Macpherson Project, which is also located in the Paterson Province.

Exploration activities included conventional and soil geochemistry, rock chip sampling, geological mapping and an airborne geophysics survey across both the Mount Macpherson and Throssel projects.

The airborne geophysical survey comprised a high-resolution electromagnetic and magnetic survey over Mount Macpherson and Throssel. A total of 287 lines at a 200-metre line spacing were flown for a total of 1314-line kilometres.

Avira will now await the results from its exploration program. Once they arrive, the company will use them to identify potential drill targets.
