Clarke was the founder of the company and was “instrumental in its direction and development.”

The Board has appointed Steven John Moon as an additional director. Steven has over 30 years’ experience in finance and investments in the resource sector.

Boadicea is a mineral exploration company for nickel, copper, gold and lithium in Western Australia.

The company’s key exploration project is Symons Hill, 200 kilometres south-east of Kalgoorlie and east of Norseman, in the Fraser Range.
