ClearVue Technologies (CPV) has received the first order for its Brazilian projects from AMB Brasil Comercio E Servicos Eireli.

AMB Brazil’s order is for 500 square metres of ClearVue’s Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) products, totalling US$200,000 (around A$278,701).

Significantly, this is ClearVue’s largest order to date and shows the proof of product for the company’s technology.

“We are very much looking forward to working with ClearVue to develop the Brazilian market for ClearVue’s innovative technology and products,” AMB Brasil CEO and Executive Director Alexandre Bortolato said.

“The ClearVue PV product is a wonderful product that we are confident will be received with open arms here in Brazil,” he added.

The IGUs will be built through ClearVue’s manufacturers in China and will then be shipped in early 2021 for installation in central Sao Paulo, Brazil.

These products will first be used for a commercial office tower and AMB Brasil believes that this will use roughly 250 square metres of ClearVue’s IGUs.

A second project will use approximately 100 square metres of IGUs in a modernised project in central Sao Paulo for AMB Brasil’s own offices.

This work will be the first project in South America for ClearVue’s products and, once completed, will serve as a reference and testing site for AMB Brasil to aid in its sales efforts.

“AMB Brasil’s upcoming high-rise deployments of ClearVue’s technology is a perfect fit for our target market,” CEO Ken Jagger said.

“A very near-term showcase retrofit, two commercial towers and further deployment opportunities within the wider AMB Brasil development sites represent a sensational example of environmentally focused high-rise construction globally,” he added.

ClearVue is up 10.7 per cent on the market and shares are trading for 31 cents each at 3:39 pm AEST.
