Magnum Mining and Exploration (MGU) has been officially quoted on the OTC-QB market exchange.
The company will be trading under OTC-QB ticker code “MGUFF”.
Magnum told investors its shares will be traded in US dollars during regular North American market hours.
The move allows the company’s shares to become more easily accessible by North American investors.
Currently, the largest trading house in North America for non-US shares is OTC Markets Group, which offers a variety of over-the-counter marketplaces.
“This is a great achievement by Magnum, providing an opportunity for new institutional and retail investors in North America to become investors and shareholders of the company,” Magnum Chairman Anoosh Manzoori said.
“The investment appetite for “Green Steel” is strong in North America, and Magnum now has an opportunity to broaden its investor base significantly.”
The company said it would maintain its focus on the Buena Vista magnetite project in Nevada and the Appalachian project in West Virginia.
Magnum Mining and Exploration last traded at 2.3 cents at 11:50 am AEDT.
