Orcoda (ASX:ODA) has reported that its subsidiary, Orcoda Healthcare and Transport Logistics, has signed a new software-as-a-service (SaaS) contract with Mini Tankers Australia.

The company will provide Mini Tankers with its logistics management system (OLMS), which offers fleet scheduling optimisation software solutions. Mini Tankers is part of a larger nationwide organisation called Refuelling Solutions Australia.

Refuelling Solutions provides direct-to-site fuel delivery services and fuel management processes throughout Australia. The deal has been signed for an initial three years.

“We are pleased that Refuelling Solutions has selected Orcoda’s software platform to support the management of its tanker fleet fueling delivery operations,” ODA Managing Director Geoff Jamieson said.

“This contract also highlights our commitment and ability to offer tailored solutions to clients with specific requirements.”

Orcoda will develop a custom order booking request platform for Refuelling Solutions, which will include Orcoda’s Driver and Notification app for real-time updates, route optimisation, and monitoring of the status of delivery orders in real-time.

Orcoda anticipates generating revenue in the range of $700,000 to $850,000 during the initial contract period.

This revenue includes expenses for developing the booking platform, its implementation, training fees, and monthly license fees. Additionally, once through to its second phase, OLMS will undergo further integration into Refuelling Solutions’ enterprise systems, pending a separate scope agreement to be determined at a later time.

ODA last traded at 28 cents.
