Predictive Discovery (PDI) has intersected up to 49.9g/t gold from the NE Bankan gold mineralised system.

NE Bankan lies within Predictive’s flagship Kaninko Gold Project, which is located in southern Guinea.

The company has now received results from eight holes, with results successfully expanding the known mineralisation to the south and returning some of the highest-grade results to date.

Significant results include; 26 metres at 17.5g/t gold from 58 metres, including six metres at 49.9g/t gold from 59 metres and six metres at 17.3g/t gold from 78 metres.

“These are exemplary results which demonstrate significant, broad and high gold grades over at least 160 metres of strike south of the southernmost drilled line reported to date,” Managing Director Paul Roberts commented.

“We look forward to reporting the remaining reverse circulation assay results and commencing the deep drilling on the southern portion of the NE Bankan mineralisation in what is shaping up to be a very exciting period for the company,” he added.

Predictive is now undertaking a follow-up drilling program — consisting of 25,000 metres of reverse circulation drilling, 5000 metres of diamond drilling, and 20,000 metres of auger drilling — with a focus on the recent discovery.

Company shares are up a steady 12.5 per cent on the market and are trading for nine cents each at 11:41 am AEST.
