  • Skyfii wins a 5-year contract with the Sydney Cricket & Sports Grounds for the provision of its ‘IO Platform’ in the Sydney Cricket Ground
  • ‘IO Connect’ and ‘IO Insight’ will be utilised to provide analytical data to over one million annual visitors and to measure the patron experience
  • This contract and a recently-signed contract expands Skyfii’s footprint int the sporting events industry

Software intelligence company, Skyfii has signed a five-year contract with Sydney Cricket & Sports Grounds. The agreement will see the provision of Skyfii’s ‘IO Platform’ services, including ‘IO Connect’ and ‘IO Insight’ across the Sydney Cricket Ground.

“With the deployment of Skyfii’s services, the Sydney Cricket Ground will be one of the most technologically advanced stadiums in Australia, setting new benchmarks in the sporting industry,” Skyfii CEO, John Rankin said.

The IO Connect data solution will provide analytical data to the one million people who visit and engage with the guest WiFi network. Skyfii’s IO Insight will measure the patron experience such as visitor frequency, travel patterns and impact of weather conditions. This intelligence system will enable SCG’s management to maximise their marketing, operational and staffing abilities.

Skyfii’s SaaS cloud-based IO Platform solution helps venues to measure, predict, and influence customer behaviour so these venues can improve performance and create a better customer and visitor experience.

Skyfii is a highly trusted software company across five continents. In February this year, the company was awarded a contract with Somerset Country Cricket Club in the United Kingdom. Whilst majority of Skyfii’s clients belong outside the sporting industry, the company is pleased with its recent success in expanding its footprint.
