SRG Global (SRG) has secured a $30 million specialist facade contract with Hutchinson Builders on behalf of Charter Hall and Investa in Queensland.

The contract is for the design, supply and installation of specialist engineered curtain wall facades at the 360 Queen Street development in Brisbane’s CBD.

Managing Director David Macgeorge said the company is proud to be part of “this significant development project” with strong environmental sustainability credentials.

“This continues our longstanding relationship with Hutchinson Builders and Charter Hall and demonstrates our strategic focus to deliver specialist services with key repeat clients,” he said.

A premium-grade commerical tower at the centre of Brisbane’s Golden Triangle, the $800 million building includes over 45,000 metres square of office space across 33 levels.

The building is targeting a six star Green Star rating and a platinum WELL Core and Shell rating.

The project incorporates advanced sustainability strategies and other technologies into the facade design such as mixed mode Wintergardens.

The new project will commence immediately and is expected to complete in the first half of 2025.

Shares in SRG Global were up 2.63 per cent, trading at 58.5 cents as of 11:56 am AEST.
