Woomera Mining (WML) has appointed Kevin Seymour as its new Managing Director.

Kevin is a highly experienced and credentialled exploration geologist with broad experience in different commodities and geological terrains.

Currently, he is the General Manager of Exploration at Ramelius Resources. Prior to this, he held senior exploration roles with Glengarry Resources, Sons of
Gwalia and Delta Gold.

“The board welcomes Kevin to the role and looks forward to working with him to add significant value to the company’s projects,” Woomera told the market on. Thursday.

Kevin is expected to commence his new role in early 2021 and will be based in Perth, WA.

In October, Woomera updated shareholders of its new board arrangements after four board members retired, including previous Managing Director Gerard Anderson.

Woomera is an Adelaide based explorer with exploration assets in Western Australia and South Australia. 

On market close, Woomera is down 3.57 per cent and trading at 2.7 cents per share.
